Protecting your mig33 password helps keep your account as secure as possible. You may wish to change your password regularly and/or use letters and numbers when you select your password.

Please don't tell anyone your mig33 password. mig33 will never ask you for your password in chat rooms or private chats.

We will never provide anyone with your mig33 password, nor will we ever ask you for your mig33 password in chat rooms or private chats. We recommend that you keep your password secure by using a mixture of numbers and alphabets and avoid using consecutive characters like 123456 of ABCEDF.

Each mig33 username is unique, which is why you cannot change your username. We recommend that you select a mig33 username you like when you register.

What if I don't receive an authentication code?
If you did not receive your authentication code instantly, please be patient, as there may be a delay with our SMS provider.

To block a mig33 user, simply select their username and select 'block user'. This user will now see you as offline and will not be able to message you.

We recommend that you change your password at least once per 3 months. Often password change will ensure your password stays secure.
