Simply select the 'Forgot Password feature on mig33 or 'I don't remember' link on the website and your password and username will be sent to you. What if I forget my password? If you forget your password, you can request for it to be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Simply select the 'Forgot Password' feature on mig33 and your password and username will be sent to you. What's the best way to protect my password? Protecting your mig33 password helps keep your account as secure as possible. You may wish to change your password regularly and/or use letters and numbers when you select your password. Please don't tell anyone your mig33 password. mig33 will never ask you for your password in chat rooms or private chats. Is my password secure? We will never provide anyone with your mig33 password, nor will we ever ask you for your mig33 password in chat rooms or private chats. We recommend that you keep your password secure by using a mixture of numbers and alphabets and avoid using consecutive characters like 123456 of ABCEDF. How do I change my mig33 username? Each mig33 username is unique, which is why you cannot change your username. We recommend that you select a mig33 username you like when you register. What if I don't receive an authentication code? If you did not receive your authentication code instantly, please be patient, as there may be a delay with our SMS provider. If you still have not received your authentication code after 24 hours, please contact customer service at contact@mig33.com with your mig33 username, mobile number, country and network provider. How do I block unwanted mig33 users? To block a mig33 user, simply select their username and select 'block user'. This user will now see you as offline and will not be able to message you. How do I unblock mig33 users? To unblock mig33 users from your list, please go to 'Options' and 'Settings'. You will find your list of blocked users, and can unblock them there. How often should I change my password? We recommend that you change your password at least once per 3 months. Often password change will ensure your password stays secure.
